The Seren Collection strengthens its management team

Hospitality group, the Seren Collection, has added to its management team with the appointment of new staff. Interstate Europe appoints new regional sales director

Third-party hotel management company, Interstate Europe Hotel & Resorts, has appointed a new regional sales director. Wendy Benson joins the Glasgow-based firm following a career in hospitality sales, including previous posts at De Vere Hotels, The Principle Hotel Company and InterContinental Hotels Group. Two of QHotels’ key conference and events venues have welcomed new general managers. Chris Steadman has been promoted to general manager at Chesford Grange near Kenilworth in Warwickshire, while Joanne Hammick has been promoted to general manager at the Stratford Manor which is nearby. Macdonald Hotels and Resorts appoints Milk Jnr’s and Kidworks

Macdonald Hotels and Resorts has appointed Milk Jnr’s & Kidworks to create a check-in pack for younger guests that will be used across the group’s 40 plus properties.
